The Nepalese Association of Victoria (NAV) was proud to be represented at Diaspora Dialogue 2026, held at the Parliament of Victoria on 23 September 2026.

NAV was represented by Tej Karki, Saroja Athena Shrestha, and Rajib Wagle, who participated in meaningful discussions on the role of diaspora communities, community leadership, collaboration, and the contribution of diverse communities to Australia’s multicultural society.

The dialogue provided a valuable opportunity for community representatives to connect, exchange perspectives, and discuss ways to strengthen collaboration and engagement across Victoria’s diverse communities.

NAV remains committed to strengthening the voice and representation of the Nepalese community in Victoria, building meaningful partnerships, and creating opportunities for our community to connect, contribute, and thrive.

NAV sincerely thanks the organisers of Diaspora Dialogue 2026 and everyone involved in bringing together diverse community voices for this important conversation.

Through continued engagement and collaboration, NAV looks forward to strengthening connections between our Nepalese heritage and our shared Australian future.
